  Who would you say is the head of your family?

  Honestly speaking, it is generally accepted the fact that the man, the father is the head of the family unit. There is no concrete reason for making the man the leader. It is possibly because he is physically stronger and has better leadership skills.

   

  In your opinion, what are the attributes of a good parent?

  From my own perspective, there are several reasons to make a gorgeous father or mother. However, there is nothing that can compare with the sacrifice of parents to their children’s development. Mother sacrifices her youth during the pregnancy, dad works like crazy to earn the living. Both look after their children until they’re mature enough to take care of their own.

   

  Do you think that parents today should spend more time with their children than they do at the moment?

  Personally, I do believe that in this modern world, parents, in general, seem less care about their kids and spend more hours in order to earn the living. If they try to live a little slower, they can see that their children are yearning/ mourning for their love. Without a proper care, children can become less sociable which is not beneficial for their comprehensive development.

   

  What effect do you think it would have on family life if a person had to spend seven days a week working or seven days a week at school?

  Well, family is an original cell of human society. If one member in family starts to spend more hours on their own business, I’m afraid that their family bond is slowly loosened up, or in other words, this family is starting to fall apart. That cell needs the cooperation of all members to nourish its growth. And since one begins to neglect, the whole ship to engulf in unspeakable problems.

   

  Are your country's families usually big or small?

  Modern family unit is no longer concluded 3 generations since there are conflicts that can potentially happen because of differences between lifestyles and perspectives, I mean the generation gap. Therefore, the number of nuclear families is increasing steadily. However, traditional family in the countryside still prefers to live happily together and share responsibilities as well.

   

  Do you think it is good for grandparents to help bring up their grandchildren?

  Yes, absolutely yes. There is no one who has richer experience in taking care of kids than grandparents. They are more patient in handling the destruction of kids than others. They can be very inspirational. For example, children learn to love animals and treasure the beauty of nature from them.

   

  What can children learn from their grandchildren?

  ​There are a couple of characteristics that children can learn from their beloved grandparents. Children like sponges soaking everything that happened in their world around them, learning new things at an alarming pace. They constantly observe and learn from their grandparents as well as their parents. Therefore, they can imitate and mimic both perfections and imperfections.
