IELTS SPEAKING PART 2
Well, today I would like to tell you about [a skyscraper, or a high-rise building] which is one of the most distinctive and recognizable skyscrapers when looking at [your city’s skyline].
The top half of the building is luxurious apartments while the bottom one is the complex of hotels, offices, recreational areas, and shopping center. There are window displays where customers can see some of the things on sale.
It offers a wide variety of basic essentials that are needed in daily life from furniture, cookware, gardening implements to personal stuff like clothes and accessories, which meet the demand of customers.
There are several reasons why this building is my favorite interesting place:
First and foremost, it is within walking distance from my house, so it’s not a big hassle to approach.
Besides/ more importantly, the price is reasonable compared to other shopping centers, especially in sale seasons.
Last but not least, the customer care is wonderful. It offers exchange policies within 3 days, so we can get our money back if we are not pleased with the products.
From all the above-mentioned reasons, when it comes to an interesting place that I’m really keen on, the skyscraper always pops up in my mind.
